Within the app, you can create or join groups (they can be public, private or secret), and then invite members. Within a group, members can have controlled discussions, vote on things, collect information via surveys, collect payments, and run events.
The home feed pulls together all the content from all the groups you join. There is also a direct messenger facility for private, more personal conversations.
